Kenneth John Reda, 54, was taken into custody by FBI agents and has been charged with disorderly conduct and illegally entering Capitol grounds, according to a criminal complaint provided by the U.S. Department of Justice. Reda had his first court appearance on Tuesday and was released on a $25,000 bond. If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison. Court papers state that Reda works at Viera High School in Florida....

Lance Armstrong’s former manager Johan Bruyneel said Friday that he will not attend this year’s Tour de France after being caught up in the latest doping row to engulf the American.
